VoxaSoft is a voice memory service consisting of a physical device that records a child's voice and a mobile app that allows parents to manage those recordings. The service enables families to safely store and replay their child's voice over time. You may use VoxaSoft only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

VoxaSoft allows you to share recordings with trusted family members. You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite use the app in accordance with these terms. The free plan includes a limited amount of storage. When your quota is full, uploading of new recordings may be restricted. You can upgrade to a paid plan for additional storage. Voice recordings uploaded to the app belong to you. VoxaSoft makes no claim of ownership over these recordings. You may delete your recordings at any time. VoxaSoft may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Users will be informed prior to significant changes. No guarantee is made that the service will operate without interruption at all times. VoxaSoft, bakım, güncelleme veya teknik nedenlerle hizmeti geçici olarak durdurabilir. VoxaSoft cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions. Users are advised to keep separate backups of important recordings. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. We may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will send a notification to your registered email address.
